Once again the District is awarding scholarships for the Youth of the Year and the ACE award at the convention to be held on April 30 thru May 2, 2010. This years theme for the Youth of the Year is "Inspired By The POWER Of Community Service." Please note! This should be the title of the essay.
Please use the official form available from the National
Exchange office . Also please use the official form for the ACE award available from National. I will need your
applications by no later than March, 21, 2010. Our District Convention is going to be held earlier this year, so
we need this time to judge and inform the winners so they can attend the convention. If you have any questions
